There must be an immediate ceasefire in Ukraine and negotiations must begin.

In his opinion, Russia cannot simply continue to drag out time “while it bombs civilian targets in Ukraine.”

“We call for an immediate ceasefire and a move to three-way negotiations to end the war,” Kellogg said in his post.
Kellogg on Russia's statement regarding negotiations
Kellogg, in particular, cited a statement by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, who noted that the further course of peace negotiations allegedly depends on the position of Ukraine and the United States.
“Peskov's latest comments on the state of the negotiations are Orwellian. Russia's claims that it is the US and Ukraine that are holding up peace talks are baseless,” Trump's special representative said.
By the way, earlier the Minister of Foreign Affairs Andrei Sybiga noted that Russia has been ignoring the US proposal for a ceasefire for a long time.
