On the night of December 25, Russia launched a combined attack on Ukrainian fuel and energy sector facilities.

It is noted that the aggressor country launched an attack with various types of air, land and sea-based missiles, as well as Shahed-type attack UAVs and other types of drone imitators.

In total, the radio-technical troops of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine found and tracked 184 enemy air targets:
- 2 KN-23 ballistic missiles (launch area — Voronezh region);
- 10 S-300/S-400 anti-aircraft guided missiles (launch area — Belgorod region)
- 12 Kalibr cruise missiles (from the Black Sea);
- 50 Kh-101/Kh-55cm cruise missiles from Tu-95MS strategic bombers (launch area — Volgograd region, Caspian Sea);
- 4 Kh-59/Kh-69 guided air missiles from tactical aircraft (launch area — Belgorod region, Russian Federation);
- 106 Shahed attack UAVs/imitator drones of various types (from the Bryansk, Millerovo, Orel, Primorsko-Akhtarsk — RF).
How many air targets were shot down on December 25
According to preliminary information, as of 12:00, 113 air targets have been confirmed destroyed:
- 55 Kh-101, Kh-55cm, Kalibr cruise missiles;
- 4 Kh-59/Kh-69 guided air missiles;
- 54 Shahed strike UAVs/imitator drones of various types, another 52 did not reach their targets (location lost).
The enemy attacked Ukrainian energy facilities in Kharkiv, Kyiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Poltava, Zhytomyr, Ivano-Frankivsk and Zaporizhia. Unfortunately, there are losses due to the Russian Federation's attacks.
