Sergey Bratchuk, speaker of the Odesa OVA, spoke about this on Channel 24. He also noted that, unfortunately, two missiles nevertheless flew into the infrastructure facility, and this is due to grain.
According to the speaker of the Odesa OVA, at the time of the strike, the port was already undergoing preparations for the shipment of grain for export.
“In the end, we see that the terrorist country has once again emphasized that it must be in complete isolation and it is simply impossible to believe them, the Ukrainians understand this very well. At the moment, the rescue operation continues, because a fire broke out there,” – Sergei Bratchuk says .
Perhaps this could be attributed to the disease of the entire Russian society, but this is not even a society, but a wild horde, adds Bratchuk. According to him, Russia has once again shown that it is indifferent to any agreements and rules that exist between states.
With its actions today, Russia has actually declared war on the entire civilized world, perhaps I exaggerated, but this is my personal opinion, Bratchuk is convinced.
“Our allies must see that Ukraine today urgently needs heavy weapons, which we ask for,” sums up the representative of the Odesa OVA.

Russian barbarians launched a missile attack on Odessa on the morning of July 23. The night before, in Istanbul, representatives of Ukraine, the UN, Turkey and the invader countries concluded agreements on the export of Ukrainian grain.
Not a full time passed – the Russians immediately demonstrated that they do not care about any agreements, they only need chaos and a global famine.
By such an act, Russia has once again proved that it is not worth dealing with, trusting, or even signing any important agreements.
After all, just the day before, an agreement was signed in Istanbul on unblocking Ukrainian ports. The agreement was signed with the mediation of Turkey and the UN. Ukraine has not signed any agreements with Russia. The parties secured the agreements each separately with representatives of the UN and Turkey.
We are talking about the opening of humanitarian corridors from Yuzhny, Odessa and Chernomorsk. This was done so that our state could export grain.
