Law enforcement officers established that on June 30, on one of the streets in the Shevchenkivskyi district of the city, during a conflict, the suspect hit a 14-year-old boy.
The victim fell to the ground and received a serious injury – he was hospitalized.

The officers of the police department No. 4 of the Dniprovsky district police department No. 1 quickly established the identity of the attacker – he turned out to be a local resident born in 2008.
The day before, investigators announced suspicion to the perpetrator under Part 1 of Article 121 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (intentional grievous bodily harm).
The penalty for this article provides for imprisonment for a term of 5 to 8 years.
