British intelligence told how the occupiers are punished for drugs and alcohol

Russian occupation commanders may send soldiers who abuse drugs and alcohol to Storm-Z units, which have become de facto punitive units.

This is stated in the intelligence report of the British Ministry of Defense.

“One of the main reasons for low discipline and substance abuse in Russia probably remains the constant lack of opportunity to rotate combat units away from the front line ,” intelligence officials note.
