Ukrainians will be able to book free accommodation through Booking.com/Ukrinform
Netherlands Internet System Booking.com has launched an initiative to support Ukrainians forced to travel abroad due to the war. Now refugees have the opportunity to book accommodation with a discount of 50 – 100%.
Apartments can be booked from 0 to 3 days before arrival. Only people who have left Ukraine can take advantage of this initiative.
Ukrainian refugees can book accommodation with big discounts
Booking.com said that they agreed with the partners of the system to provide Ukrainian refugees with the opportunity to stay with significant discounts – from 50% to 100%. The price does not include taxes and fees. Due to technical limitations, free options will reflect a final price of €0.01.
Please note that we and our hosting partners do not intend to charge you this amount. However, in some cases, you may have to pay fees that are beyond our control, such as city tax and tourist tax, Booking.com noted.
Some apartments may require a credit card to book. If the booking is canceled, then its cost will be refunded in full. Booking.com is working on adding more accommodation options that can be booked without a credit card.
These rates are for Ukrainian refugees only. In order for the property to verify that it really helps those in need, you may be asked to show ID at check-in .
