Law enforcement officers detained two suspects – a 38-year-old woman from Sevastopol and a 47-year-old man from Yalta. The woman was monitoring the soldier's routes and daily schedule, and the man made a homemade explosive device and attached it to the car. According to the “investigation”, the suspects allegedly acted on the orders of the Ukrainian special services.
