The Ministry of Development of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure, together with specialized associations and carriers, has created a headquarters to help Ukrainian drivers.

It is indicated that the key task of the headquarters is to provide people with food, drinking water, medicine and fuel.

The ministry added that Ukrainian drivers have remained blocked at the border for more than 10 days due to a strike by Polish carriers. In the direction of Yagodin the queue stretched for more than 30 km, in the direction of Rava Ruska – more than 10 km, in the direction of Krakovets – more than 16 kilometers.
Earlier, RMF FM, citing an official from the European Commission, reported that the European Commission may punish Warsaw if Poland does not resolve the issue of blocking checkpoints on the border with Ukraine.
