In particular, from 09:30 to 16:00, shutdowns were canceled in Kyiv, Kiev, Zhytomyr, Chernihiv, Cherkassy, Dnepropetrovsk, Donetsk, Kirovograd, Zaporozhye, Kharkov, Sumy, Poltava (partially), Vinnitsa, Khmelnitsky regions.
Also, from 8:20 to 18:00, shutdowns were canceled in Lviv, Rivne, Volyn, Ivano-Frankivsk, Transcarpathian, Ternopil, Chernivtsi, Kherson, Nikolaev, Odessa regions.

It is noteworthy that the day before, Deputy Minister of Energy Nikolai Kolesnik said whether the refusal to switch to daylight saving time would affect the blackout schedules in Ukraine. According to him, now the Ministry of Energy does not see any prerequisites for increasing electricity consumption, so the system will not suffer from the cancellation of the time change.
