What is the light in the Rivne region
After another massive missile attack on Ukrainian energy facilities, NPC Ukrenergo significantly reduced the light consumption limits for the Rivne region.
Despite the complexity of the situation, Rivnooblenergo's power engineers will try to pass in the coming days without applying additional restrictions – according to the published hourly schedules outages:
- Rivne;
- Rivne region.

Charts have been updated in Kharkiv
Due to the consequences of a missile attack on the critical infrastructure of the region, on February 11 and 12, special hourly outage schedules are introduced in Kharkiv and Kharkiv and Chuguev districts.
The duration of hourly outages is 6 hours for each queue:
- 1 line – 11.00-17.00;
- 2nd line – 12.00-18.00;
- 3rd line – 13.00-19.00;
- 4 line – 14.00-20.00;
- 5th turn – 14.00-20.00;
- 6th turn – 15.00-21.00;
- 7th turn – 16.00-22.00;

Hourly blackouts will operate in the Sumy region
On February 11, electricity will be cut off in the Sumy region according to schedules in +4/-2 mode.
From 00:00 to 05:00 will be switched off at the following hours:
- 1 turn: 04.00-06.00;
- 2nd turn: 00.00-02.00;
- 3rd turn: 02.00-04.00;
From 05:00 to 16:00 will not be shut down.
From 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, the following hours will be disabled:
- 1st turn: 16.00-18.00;
- 2nd turn: 18.00-19.00;
- 3rd turn does not include shutdowns.
С 19 :00 to 24:00 No power outages are planned in Sumy and the region.

The proven limits for February 11 allow us to apply stabilization shutdown schedules in Kiev, Kiev and Dnipropetrovsk regions.

On February 11, Ukrenergo proved the limits for each hour of the day: from 05:00 to 16:00 and 19:00 to 24:00 the limit is unlimited, which allows you to go through this period of the day without shutdowns.
From 00:00 to 05:00 and 16:00 to 19:00 the hourly outage schedule will look like this.

- from 03:00 to 16:00, from 18:00 to 24:00 – there will be queues with electricity;
- from 00:00 to 03:00, from 16:00 to 18:00 – there will be queues disabled.

- from 03:00 to 16:00, from 18:00 to 24:00 – there will be queues with electricity;
- from 00:00 to 03:00, from 16:00 to 18:00 – queues will be disabled.

Also, to reduce the load on the network during peak hours, the 4th queue will be applied to the shutdown. A de-energized underline 4.1 will be from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

The oblenergo has published a shutdown schedule for February 11, which looks like this:
- 1 turn: 01:00-04:00, 18:00-19:00 ;
- 2nd turn: 00:00-01:00, 02:00-05:00, 16:00-18:00;

On February 11, in the Volyn region, there is no limit on the consumption of electrical energy from 05:00 to 16:00 and from 19:00 to 24:00.
