Blackout in Ukraine on December 28: schedules and list of cities

Unfortunately, on December 28, emergency power outages still occur in Kyiv. The enemy has caused severe damage to the local energy infrastructure.

From 00:00 to 07:00 on December 28, hourly shutdown schedules will be canceled in Sumy and the region. This means that there will be no restrictions on the use of light.

From 08:00 on December 28, the light will be turned off in the +4/-2 mode. This was announced by the head of the local OVA Dmitry Zhivitsky.

Vitaly Koval, head of the Rivne OVA, warned citizens that the schedules are not 100% accurate. They may not match the actual ones during emergency or emergency shutdowns.

Hourly blackout schedules are working in Khmelnytsky region today. At the same time, blackouts are not planned at night.

  • Underline 1.3:

From 11:00 to 13:00, 19:00 to 23:00 – there will be no light.

From 13:00 to 15:00 possible shutdowns.

  • Underline 1.4:

3rd turn

  • Underline 3.1 and 3.2:

From 11:00 to 15:00, 19:00 to 21:00 – no light.

From 21:00 to 23:00 – possible shutdowns.

  • Underline 3.3 and 3.4:

From 08:00 to 11:00, 15:00 to 19:00 – no light.

Will there be a blackout for the New Year

  • The situation in the country's energy system is still complicated. Because of the shelling of infidels, the shortage of electricity remains.
  • Energy Minister German Galushchenko noted that it is impossible to predict when the occupiers will decide to attack next time. The invaders have a strange attachment to symbolic dates, so it is quite possible that they will decide to attack on New Year's Day.
  • The minister added that it is better to trust the APU and act in accordance with the situation. At the same time, Galushchenko told the Ukrainians that if there were no massive shelling, consumers would have electricity for the New Year and other holidays.
