Billion-dollar assets of Gazprom, Rosneft and Rosatom arrested in Ukraine

According to the SBU, the estimated total value of the corporate rights seized by the court exceeds UAH 2.1 billion.

They also seized 46 real estate objects owned by them.

Thanks to the timely seizure of these assets, it was possible to block the attempts of the actual owners to “rewrite” them as nominees in order to maintain control over them, the message says.

The agency continues to investigate all the circumstances of the activities of these enterprises within the framework of criminal proceedings initiated under part 1 of article 113 (sabotage) and part 1 of article 437 (planning, preparation, initiation and waging of a war of aggression) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

Currently, comprehensive measures are being taken to seize blocked assets in favor of Ukraine.
