Joe Biden's February 20 visit to Ukraine caused hysteria in Moscow. Especially painful for the Kremlin was the fact that the US President visited Kiev on the eve of the “grand” speech of the dictator.
A Russian publicist and opposition politician from United States Andrey Piontkovsky. According to him, pro-Kremlin bloggers admit that Biden's visit to Ukraine was a blow to the Moscow power elite.
“These are actively spreading that, they say, Biden was walking around Kiev, and this is actually a spit in the face of the entire Russia. This is how the pro-Kremlin public perceived Biden's visit,” Piontkovsky said.

As Piontkovsky said, on Russian TV channels they say that Biden allegedly made his way to Kyiv secretly at night. With such formulations, the mouthpieces of the Kremlin ascribe fictitious power to their country.

He added that Russian dictator Vladimir Putin would never have taken such a step. Additional fury in Russia was caused by the fact that during the visit of the US President to Kiev, a no-fly zone was actually created over Ukraine – a no-fly zone.
“American fighters were in the sky when Biden was traveling by train to Kiev. And in The Kremlin is being asked if this will become a permanent feature in the skies of Ukraine? Piontkovsky said.

The oppositionist recalled that the speech of the head of the Kremlin in front of the federal assembly is scheduled for February 21 in Russia.
