Within the next 48 hours, US President Joe Biden intends to make a decision about his future political career, in particular, about re-election to office.
This was reported on Thursday, July 4, by the American television channel CNN.
According to journalists, on the occasion of the national holiday of Independence Day, which Americans celebrate today, Biden gathered in the White House all members of his family, who have a decisive influence on the decision to extend or end the presidential race after unsuccessful debates with his Republican rival Donald Trump.
The next day, July 5, Biden will give a big interview to ABC News, in which he will have to reveal his extraordinary political skills in order to correct the shortcomings discovered during debate failure.
As CNN notes, President Biden's every public appearance will now be scrutinized for any mistakes or signs of weakness following the impression left of him after his debate with Trump.
Let us recall that at the end of last month the first debate took place between the contenders for the post of US President – the current owner of the White House, Joe Biden, and Donald Trump, who dreams of returning to the White House.
