Russia's attempts to force European countries to pay for gas in rubles have drawn sharp criticism from Joe Biden. The President of the United States emphasized that intimidation and blackmail of allies will not work.

The head of the White House wrote about this on social networks. Biden noted: Russia has already threatened to cut off gas supplies to two European allies.
