The publication's interlocutors noted that Biden's final speech as president will be a traditional address in a spirit similar to the farewell speeches of Biden's predecessors, in particular George W. Bush and Bill Clinton, who delivered farewell speeches from the White House, as well as Barack Obama, who addressed the nation from his hometown of Chicago.
In addition, the US presidential administration may take additional steps in its final days to counter domestic terrorism in the wake of recent events, and Biden may announce some more pardons people.
