US President Joe Biden's historic visit to Ukraine was not part of the plans of Russia and dictator Vladimir Putin. The Russian leadership did not count on such courage and stability of the position of the American leader.

“I must say that he chose a very good moment: the anniversary of the war, Memorial Day of the Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred,” he explained oppositionist.
In his opinion, the Russian aggressors miscalculated a lot.
In general, Putin, his team and the environment is constantly miscalculated, he noted.
Yakovenko added that Russia also underestimated Ukraine, the strength of the Ukrainian army, the Ukrainian president and NATO, in particular Biden.
“That is, they perceived him as a weak old man who would be afraid and not dare any serious actions,” Yakovenko explained.
According to the oppositionist, even the red lines did not help Putin. The people in the West are accustomed to and “quite calmly walk along these red lines like at home.”
