The women's pursuit race took place in Lenzerheide, Switzerland, as part of the third stage of the Biathlon World Cup 2023/24.
The race was attended by 60 of the best athletes based on the sprint results, including four Ukrainian athletes: Anastasia Merkushina, Irina Petrenko, Yulia Jima and Kristina Dmitrenko.
The best result among the Ukrainians was shown by Merkushina, who took tenth place. For our team, this is the first finish in the top ten in an individual race of this World Cup season.

As for other Ukrainians, Petrenko finished 12th, Jima was 18th, and Dmitrenko — 29th.
The Frenchwoman Justine Brezat-Boucher won this race. Silver also went to the representative of France, Julia Simon, and bronze was won by Norwegian Marit Ishol Skogan, for whom this is the first medal in her career at the World Cup level.
