Belarusians further equip positions on the border/DW
Belarusian military and further stand near the border with Ukraine. They conducted command and staff training.
Training with military units of logistics support lasted several days – from June 14 to 16. This was warned in the report of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
What is happening on the border
They said that Belarusian units continue to carry out tasks to cover the border. In addition, the engineering equipment of positions in the border areas of the Brest region is underway.
Infidels are also shelling the North. In particular, artillery was sent to the areas of the settlements of Leonovka in the Chernihiv region and Ulanovo, Sopich and Baranivka in the Sumy region. They also launched an airstrike by a pair of Ka-52 helicopters near Glukhov in the Sumy region.
In the Slobozhansky direction, the invaders are fighting to keep the units of the Defense Forces from further advance towards the state border.
Is there a threat from Belarus
Belarus became a co-gressor from the first day of the war, when Russian troops entered the Kiev region from its territory. In addition, enemy missiles are regularly launched from there. However, military activity near the border in Belarus has been observed over the past month.
- The Belarusian army is being brought to the highest levels of combat readiness. The Belarusians themselves are not motivated to fight against the Ukrainians. Experts note that the point is whether Putin will squeeze Lukashenka.
- Advisor to the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Viktor Andrusiv said that if Lukashenka dares, it will be a military disaster for him.
- June 15 near the border the points of reception of the mobilized began their activity. Those who have reached military age will be accepted there.
- The State Border Service noted that Belarus has deployed 7 of its battalions on the border, and units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs have also been involved. However, Ukraine has not yet detected a strike force that could carry out an invasion. True, there are still Russian troops there, their exact number is unknown.
