All this work is carried out by the 558th Aviation Repair Plant in Baranovichi. The Center for National Resistance learned about this thanks to information from the Belarusian underground.

The central nervous system said that thanks to cooperation with local underground sources, it was possible to successfully gain access to the mail of one of the engineers of the Belarusian military-industrial complex. Evidence was found in the engineer's mailbox that the 558th Aviation Repair Plant was engaged in overhauling and modifying the Russian occupiers' Mi-8 and Mi-17 helicopters.

Also a plant in Baranovichi is collaborating with Russia in the development of the LMS-192 light multi-role aircraft. Moreover, Belarus wants to increase its share in this project to 50% of the total funding.

It is interesting that representatives of the Russian defense industry are complaining about the inability to purchase machines made in Great Britain due to sanctions. As an alternative, the Russians offered to purchase machines produced by the Taiwanese company E-tech Machinery, noted the CNS. were caused by a shortage of equipment.

“We have evidence that the chief designer of the 558 ARZ, Igor Antsiferov in 2023, he traveled to Germany with his wife and daughter to celebrate the New Year in the city of Görlitz in Saxony,” added the CNS.

In addition, the entire Antsiferov family has dual citizenship, which also became known to the Center of National Resistance.
