Belarusian servicemen are training to switch from peacetime to wartime. Relevant training began after the “sudden check” of the troops for combat readiness.
This was reported in the Ministry of Defense of Belarus. They note that the main goal of such measures is “to test the knowledge of military personnel and evaluate their actions when bringing a military unit to the highest degree of combat readiness.”

The department notes that “unit commanders and personnel confidently show the acquired knowledge in practice when working out all the elements of transferring from peacetime to wartime.”
Judging by the pictures, the Belarusians were practicing mobilization, installation access control, formation and preparation for firing.

Valery Zaluzhny said that the Russians are preparing about 200,000 new soldiers in order to go on the offensive again next year. The general noted that he had no doubts that the invaders would again try to go specifically to Kyiv, because all hostile plans failed in February 2022. However, according to the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, there are 2 more possible directions, which the military leadership does not rule out are the Donbass and the South. According to Zaluzhny, most likely, the enemy is planning to launch an offensive again in February 2023. According to a more pessimistic scenario – already in January, according to a more optimistic one – in March. However, Ukraine already has a list of necessary weapons for this case, but, as the general noted, there is no need for additional waves of mobilization – soldiers in Ukraine has enough. In a comment on Channel 24, press officer of the 100th Territorial Defense Brigade Sergei Khominsky said that our soldiers are in full control of the situation on the border with Belarus. It should be noted here that the length of the border in the region is more than 200 kilometers. But it is important to remember that Ukrainian intelligence monitors all the actions of the invaders, so they will not have the effect of surprise.
