The body of former parliamentarian of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Ilya Kiva, accused of treason and a number of other crimes, was found in the Russian Moscow region.

What Russian media write about the liquidation of Kiva
Russian media first reported that the body of the ex-people's deputy was found in the city of Odintsovo, Moscow region.
— Famous Ukrainian politician Ilya Kiva was found dead. The body of a former Verkhovna Rada deputy was found in a cottage village… Police are already on the scene, — noted in the message.
Subsequently, the Russian press, citing emergency services, reported that Kiva was found in the village of Suponevo, Odintsovo district.
The pro-Russian Telegram channel Mash wrote that the “bloody body of Ilya Kiva was found lying in the snow in the park area of the Velich Country Club hotel in the village of Suponevo”.
This club is actually located in the Moscow region, west of Moscow.

Another Russian TV channel, citing law enforcement officers, reported that the former politician allegedly had a cut wound on his right temple and a hematoma on the left side of his face.
According to the channel's source, Kiva's death occurred around 15:00. Preliminarily, he died ten minutes before he was discovered by employees of a nearby hotel and emergency services were called.
The Russian Investigative Committee reported that it had opened a criminal case for the murder of Kiva. According to him, on the evening of December 6, in the park of one of the cottage towns in the village of Suponevo, Odintsovo urban district “an unknown person fired shots at the victim from an unidentified weapon”.
— The man died from his injuries on the spot. The identity of the murdered person has been established — this is ex-deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Ilya Kiva, — the message says.
Also, the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation stated that various versions of what happened were being worked out.

The death of the traitor was confirmed by the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense.
— We can confirm that Kiva — All. And such a fate will befall other traitors to Ukraine and henchmen of the Putin regime, — said the representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Moscow Region Andrey Yusov on air of the national telethon.
ICTV Facts sources reported that small arms were used to eliminate the traitor. This contrasts with the report that cut wounds were found on Kiva's body, as reported by Russian media.
In turn, Advisor to the Chairman of the Office of the President of Ukraine Mikhail Podolyak, commenting on the death of the traitor, said that he had no value for Ukraine, but was a character for memes.
— Traitors must understand that this war has a different emphasis and it will not be possible to hide. In any case, this war in the finale will have its own price for each of them, — Podolyak stated.
The OPU adviser called for waiting for official confirmation of information about the death of the former Ukrainian parliamentarian.
Podolyak also admitted that Kiva’s death could have been connected with an ordinary quarrel, which escalated into a massacre involving the ex-people’s deputy.
Podolyak noted that Russia is too criminal a country and the fact that the Russian Federation started a full-scale war sharply criminalized the internal situation in the country.
