The Russian military was informed in absentia of suspicion of ill-treatment of civilians.
This was reported by the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine.
According to the investigation, a colonel of the FSB of the Russian Federation, while in the temporarily occupied territory of the Kakhovsky district of the Kherson region, in the spring of 2022, gave criminal orders to imprison and torture civilians.
