How Lithuania acquired Bayraktar for Ukraine

It was he back in May, I started collecting money for this Bayraktar. According to him, he received consent to such a potential purchase from the Ministries of Defense of Lithuania and Turkey and the manufacturer. The very next day, the collected amount crossed the mark of three million.
The collection was closed after three days. The manufacturing company said that it would give the device free of charge, and the money raised would go to other needs of Ukraine.
The drone was called “Vaganas”, which means “Hawk” in Lithuanian. On July 6, with all the military equipment purchased, it was presented at the air force base in Siauliai.
