According to him, Russia rejects any attempts to achieve a ceasefire or move towards peace, but on the contrary, only exacerbates terror.
“Moscow must immediately face growing pressure,” he stressed.
The minister noted that this attack is not an isolated incident, but part of a targeted campaign by Russia against the economy and agriculture of Ukraine, as well as against global food security and freedom of navigation.
Sibiga recalled that during a recent visit to the Odessa port by German Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul, they witnessed the consequences of such attacks.
He called for a decisive international response to Russia's barbaric actions, in particular, clear condemnation, increased pressure on the aggressor and strengthening of Ukraine's defense capabilities.
“Moscow must understand that such actions will not be tolerated,” added the head of Ukrainian diplomacy.
