Bad weather in Crimea: half of Kerch and Sakov are without electricity, and Evpatoria is flooded

It's been stormy in Crimea since yesterday. In many settlements, hurricane winds uprooted trees and destroyed embankments; in Saki and Kerch, half of the residents are without electricity.
