Azov Optical and Mechanical Plant, where “eyes” for armored vehicles are assembled, attacked in Russia

Today, July 4, the Azov Optical-Mechanical Plant, located in the city of Azov in the Rostov region of the Russian Federation, was attacked.

This was reported by the head of the Center for Counteracting Disinformation under the National Security and Defense Council, Andriy Kovalenko.

According to Andrey Kovalenko, the Azov Optical and Mechanical Plant produces important components for the Russian army: sights, rangefinders, thermal imagers and fire control systems for tanks, infantry fighting vehicles, ships and even aircraft.
