Azerbaijan reacted to Russia's statements about the situation in the village of Farrukh. The Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan reported that the statements of the Russian side are not true.
Azerbaijan stressed that the positions in the village of Farrukh, which is part of the sovereign territory of the country, as well as in adjacent mountainous areas have not changed. They also stressed that Russia incorrectly indicated the name of this settlement.
Azerbaijan responded to Russia's statements
The Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan added that the data on the withdrawal of troops from these territories are not true, adding that their army is in full control of the situation in the region.
In addition, the Azerbaijani side reported that Russia's statements about the violation of the ceasefire by Azerbaijan are also not true. The ministry also recalled that there is no administrative-territorial unit “Nagorno-Karabakh” in Azerbaijan.
And the use of this term by Russia on 26 and 27 is a manifestation of disrespect for the territorial integrity recognized by the international community, including official Moscow Azerbaijan.
