on July 23, Russia attacked Odessa again. This time the blow fell on the port of Odessa – 2 out of 4 Caliber missiles hit there.

Russia hit the port of Odessa, which had grain
Two missiles shot down air defense, but, unfortunately, two of them hit the port infrastructure. It stored grain, which was supposed to be exported.
The press service of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy reported that there was grain in the port of Odessa.
I won’t say the number, because the Ministry of Infrastructure is busy with the workload, so it’s up to them. We were already expecting the first departures tomorrow or after tomorrow, the department said.
Note that the explosions in Odessa were reported around 11.00, then air raid signals were already sounding in the city. Residents of the city noticed that smoke was visible in the sky. According to eyewitnesses, there were about ten “arrivals” or even more.
Putin spat in the face of Erdogan and Guterres
On July 22, Ukraine, Turkey and the UN in Istanbul signed an agreement on unblocking ports and export of Ukrainian grain. We are talking about opening humanitarian corridors from Yuzhny, Odessa and Chernomorsk. Russia also signed the agreement, however, it once again did not keep its word.
The Russian missile is Vladimir Putin’s spit in the face of UN Secretary General António Guterres and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, who made great efforts to reach an agreement, and to which Ukraine is grateful, – stressed the speaker of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Oleg Nikolenko.
