The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) has confirmed that an Israeli attack hit a facility in Isfahan that produces uranium enrichment centrifuges.
This was announced by the Agency's Director General, Rafael Grossi.
Strike on Iran's nuclear facility
According to him, this is the third such facility that has become the target of strikes on Iran's nuclear infrastructure in the past week. At the same time, he stressed that none of the attacked facilities contained nuclear materials, so the strikes did not cause any radiological consequences.

Grossi noted that the affected site in Isfahan was previously under IAEA monitoring under the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) and had surveillance cameras installed there.
The IAEA also confirmed attacks on other sites linked to Iran’s nuclear program in Tehran, Karaj, Natan and Arak. In particular, advanced centrifuge rotors were manufactured and tested at the Tehran Research Center, and components for their assembly were manufactured and tested at Karaj.
“The attacks on nuclear facilities in Iran have led to a sharp deterioration in the nuclear security situation,” Grossi said during a speech to the UN Security Council on June 20.
