According to the expert, Klintsy is an important transit hub in the Bryansk region for transportation and logistics of fuel and lubricants, which is carried out in the interests of the Russian Ministry of Defense.
Fuel and lubricants were sent from this oil depot, including for the needs of the Russian occupation forces. First of all, they were intended to support the West and Center group of troops.

According to the expert, the hit was an aerial drone.
– Russian local authorities immediately stated that they shot down drones that were flying to the Bryansk region over Klintsy, but we see the result of this, he noted.
