As a result, this area was left without power. Meanwhile, the regional Ministry of Emergency Situations stated that there was an oil spill at the substation followed by a fire, and that the fire has already been extinguished.

Local residents also said that electricity began to appear in the morning, but not in all houses yet. At the same time, the fate of the substation itself remains unknown.
