The department stressed that the invaders are suffering heavy losses in all directions where Ukrainian defenders are attacked or where active hostilities are taking place.
The situation on the main directions of the front
The day passed without significant changes in Volynsky, Polessky and Severskydirections. Only in the Severshchina, the Russians fired at the positions of our troops, as well as civilian infrastructure in the settlements of Khrenovka, Chernihiv region and Aleksandrovka, Sumy region.
In the Slobozhansky direction, the Russians attacked in order to improve the tactical defense positions in the area of the settlement of Novy Burluk. Also, the occupiers struck from mortars, artillery and multiple launch rocket systems at the settlements: Zamulovka, Bayrak, Gusarovka and Russian Tishki. Also, the Russians unsuccessfully stormed in the direction of the settlements of Staritsa – Rubizhnoye.
Battle for Donbass
On the Slavic direction Ukrainian soldiers repulsed the enemy assault on the directions Dovgenkie-Mazanovka and Dovgenkie-Dolina.
On Donetsk direction, the enemy fired at the positions of Ukrainian troops along the entire line of collision.
In the Limansk direction, the Russians did not carry out active operations, they only fired at units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and prepared for the offensive.< /p>
To In the Severodonetsk direction the enemy continued to use cannon and rocket artillery. He is trying to overcome the resistance of our troops and establish full control over the city of Severodonetsk, the fighting continues.
In the Bakhmut direction, the invaders carried out assault operations in order to cover the village of Vrubovka, but were unsuccessful. When trying to resume assault operations in the direction of Orekhovo-Zolotoye, the enemy received a decisive rebuff and retreated.
On the Avdeevsky, Novopavlovsk and Zaporozhye directions, the Russians systematically attack the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in order to constrain their actions and prevent regroupings.
South of Ukraine
In the South Nobuzh direction, the invaders are trying to hold their previously occupied positions and carry out shelling of the Defense Forces. The enemy inflicted a fiery defeat from cannon and rocket artillery in the areas of the settlements of Osokorovka, Trudolyubovka, Shirokoye, Dobryanka and Blagodatnoye.
