Russian occupiers are further trying to attack Slavyansk from the north. Some of these attempts end badly for the invaders.
In the Slavic direction, the enemy attempted offensive operations in the area of u200bu200bthe settlement of Dovgenkoe. It is in the Kharkiv region on the border with the Donetsk region on the road from the occupied Izyum to Slavyansk.
For the offensive, the infidels involved separate units of the western military district, the 11th army corps of the Baltic fleet, the eastern and central military districts.

This offensive was repulsed by the units of the Defense Forces, the enemy suffered losses and retreated. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has not yet reported on the number of killed or wounded infidels, as well as the destroyed enemy equipment.
Infidels set up roadblocks
Kharkiv region is extremely important for the occupiers because of the possibility of supplying equipment and personnel from the territory of Russia – through the Belgorod region. Consequently, they are trying to stay in those cities and towns through which the roads to the already occupied Izyum pass in order to continue advancing on the Donbass.
That is why in the Kharkiv direction, enemy units are setting up roadblocks and fortifications on the access roads and near the settlements of Veliky Burluk, Kapitolovka, Mikhailovka, Levkovka, Amusing and Kupyansk. Also, the police and administrative regime is being tightened in the occupied territories.
In the Slobozhansky direction, the enemy, using units of the 6th Combined Arms Army of the Western Military District and the Baltic Fleet, is conducting military operations in order to hold the previously occupied lines.
Where else did the enemy suffer losses
In the Bakhmut direction, with the support of artillery, the enemy fought in the Alexandropol region. As a result of the fire damage, the Defense Forces suffered losses and retreated.
Offensive on Donbass
On May 22, eleven enemy attacks were repulsed in the Donetsk and Luhansk directions, six tanks, ten units of armored vehicles and six enemy vehicles. Air defense units in the indicated directions shot down one Orlan-10 drone and an enemy Su-25 aircraft. actions. At the same time, they record the fact that the enemy is trying to gain a foothold on the achieved lines. At the same time, it continues to fire at the positions of the Defense Forces.
The situation is similar in the Yuzhnobuzh direction – the enemy did not conduct active hostilities there either. It focuses its main efforts on maintaining occupied lines, conducting reconnaissance and measures for engineering equipment of positions.
