The Ukrainian military continues to defend their native land from the enemy. Over the past day, the Defense Forces repelled attacks near 17 settlements, including Bakhmut.
This and the general situation at the front were reported in the morning summary of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. According to the agency, the invaders continue to pour fire on settlements along the entire front line. And they do not leave attempts to attack, suffering frantic losses.
Defense forces continue to repel attacks
According to the General Staff, over the past day, the Defense Forces repelled enemy attacks near 17 settlements. We are talking about Stelmakhivka, Makiivka and Belogorivka in the Luhansk region, as well as Disputed, Razdolevka, Salt, Krasnaya Gora, Podgorodny, Bakhmut, Kleschievka, Predtechina, Kurdyumovka, Vodyany, Nevelsky, Krasnohorivka, Maryinka and Bolshaya Novoselka in the Donetsk region.
The enemy suffers losses
Over the past day, the aircraft of the Defense Forces delivered 16 strikes on areas where enemy manpower was concentrated. In addition, 5 strikes hit the positions of the air defense system. Meanwhile, the defenders shot down the Su-25 occupant aircraft and the Orlan-10 reconnaissance UAV.
But that is not all. Subdivisions of the missile and artillery troops did their work effectively. They hit 3 command posts, 12 areas of concentration of invaders and equipment, S-300 air defense systems, 3 ammunition depots, 3 important enemy targets.
What is the situation in different directions
It is known that in Volynsky, Polessky, Seversky and Slobozhansky no signs of the formation of offensive groups were revealed. At the same time, units of the forces of Belarus and Russia continue to carry out so-called tasks in areas located near the border with Ukraine.
- Kupyanskoe direction. The occupiers fired at the areas of settlements Dvurechnaya, Zapadnoe, Sinkovka, Orlyanka, Kislovka, Kotlyarovka, Kolesnikovka, Berestovo, Boguslavka, Ivanovka in the Kharkiv region and Stelmahovka in the Luhansk region.
- Liman direction. Grekovka, Makeevka, Nevskoe, Krasnopopovka and Dibrova in the Luhansk region came under shelling.
- Bakhmut direction. The occupiers opened fire on the settlements of Disputed, Belogorivka, Razdolevka, Soledar, Krasnaya Gora, Paraskoveevka, Podgorodnoe, Bakhmut, Kleschievka, Kurdyumovka, Ozaryanovka, Druzhba and Severnoe of the Donetsk region.
- Avdeevskoe direction. Not without shelling of Krasnogorovka, Avdeevka, Maryinka and Novomikhailovka.
- Novopavlovsk direction. Ugledar, Prechistovka and Zolotaya Niva of the Donetsk region fell under fire influence.
- Zaporozhye direction. From tanks, mortars, cannon and rocket artillery, they hit the areas of Vremovka and Free Field in the Donetsk region and Hulyaipol, Zheleznodorozhny, Gulyaipolsky, Krasnoye, Volshebnoe, Belogorie, Malaya Tokmachka, Orekhov and Kamensky in Zaporozhye.
- Kherson direction. The invaders launched mortar and artillery shelling. They fell under them, in particular, Antonovka and Kherson.
Terror of civilians does not stop
According to the General Staff, the invaders continue to put pressure on the residents of the temporarily occupied territory of the Kherson region. We are talking about those who refuse to cooperate with the so-called occupying “power”. In particular, it is known about the implementation of household rounds. The enemy is also confused by the pro-Ukrainian mood of the inhabitants of the region. After all, this means that he remains under threat.
Filtration activities are taking place in certain settlements of the Melitopol district of Zaporozhye. The enemy conducts a thorough check. He pays special attention to phones. After all, the invaders are looking for at least some confirmation of work with the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
Meanwhile, the personnel of one of the enemy units in the Novopavlovsky district in the Volnovakhsky district of the Donetsk region is waiting for civilian overalls. They will wear outfits with the logos of the Russian companies Rosneft and Elektrostal. Thus, the invaders will be able to hide their belonging to the troops of the “second army of the world.”
