The invaders are concentrating their forces on reaching the administrative border of the Donetsk region and are trying to keep the captured areas of Kharkiv, Lugansk, Zaporozhye, Mykolaiv and Kherson regions. Ukrainian soldiers hold back the enemy and strike back.
The Russians are shelling the civilian population and infrastructure, as well as the positions of our military along the entire line of confrontation. The enemy also provides engineering equipment for positions in certain areas and conducts aerial reconnaissance.
Russia once again used cruise missiles
During these days, the invaders launched 4 missile and 17 air strikes, carried out up to 10 attacks with MLRS. Under fire, the Russians were objects and civilians in more than 20 settlements. Russia used cruise, aviation and anti-aircraft guided missiles and Iranian martyrs.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that the enemy fired at:
in the Seversky direction – from mortars , cannon and rocket artillery, in the areas of the settlements of Senkovka, Progress, Chernihiv region and Pavlovka, Dmitrovka, Mezenovka, Bachevsky, Sosnovka, Sumy region.
on the Slobozhansky direction– from tanks, mortars, cannon and rocket artillery, in the areas of the settlements of Volchansky Khutor, Gatishche, Liptsy, Ogurtsovo, Staritsa, Udy. The enemy also used UAVs to correct artillery fire;
in the Kramatorsk direction – from tanks, mortars, cannon and rocket artillery, in the areas of the settlements of Verkhnekamennoye, Cherry, Zarechnoye, Nadezhda, Pervomayskoye , Terny and Torskoye;
on the Bakhmut and Avdeevsky directions the enemy fired from tanks and artillery of various types along the entire line of collision.
At the same time, the enemy did not conduct offensive operations on the Novopavlovsk and Zaporozhye directions . However, more than 20 settlements were hit by tanks, mortars and cannon artillery.
In the South Buzh direction more than 35 settlements along the entire line of collision were exposed to fire. For aerial reconnaissance, the enemy made more than 60 UAV sorties.
The Armed Forces of Ukraine repelled enemy attacks near Kramatorsk and Bakhmut
It is reported that units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled enemy attacks in the areas of the settlements of Novosadovo on the Kramatorsk direction , Yakovlevka, Berestovo, Bakhmut, Bakhmutskoye and Poprosnoe on the Bakhmut direction , Krasnogorovka, Nevelskoye, Pervomayskoye, Marinka and Pobeda on the Avdeevsky direction .
At the same time, the aircraft of the Defense Forces delivered 30 strikes, as a result of which the defeat of 23 areas of concentration of weapons and military equipment, as well as 7 positions of enemy anti-aircraft missile systems was confirmed.
In addition, our air defense units shot down 6 UAVs and one enemy helicopter.
Missile troops and artillery over the past day hit five command posts, seven areas of concentration of manpower, weapons and military equipment, three ammunition depots.
