Ukrainian defenders destroy infidels in the East/Channel 24 collage
AFU soldiers continue to inflict damage on the Russian occupiers in the East. At the same time, the enemies, not having much success on the battlefield, once again fired at Bakhmut, damaging residential buildings.
The wounded people still cannot get out of the houses. The State Emergency Service is trying to save them.
Ukrainian defenders destroy the invaders in the East
In the operational-tactical group “Voskhod” they said that Ukrainian fighters continue to restrain the invasion of infidels. During the day on June 12, our soldiers destroyed:
- 18 invaders;
- 1 armored combat vehicle;
- 1 AT-T heavy cross-country artillery tracked tractor ;
- 1 mortar;
- 1 Soviet mounted anti-tank LNG grenade launcher;
- 1 enemy ammunition depot.
Note that since the beginning of Russia's full-scale military invasion of Ukraine, the fighters of the Armed Forces of Ukraine have eliminated 32.15 thousand invaders. Also, our soldiers incinerated a lot of Russian equipment, in particular:
- 1430 tanks;
- 3484 armored combat vehicles;
- 715 artillery systems;
- 226 multiple launch rocket systems;
- 97 air defense systems;
- 212 aircraft;
- 178 helicopters;
- 582 drones operational-tactical level;
- 125 cruise missiles;
- 13 ships and boats;
- 2455 vehicles and tank trucks;
- 54 units of special equipment.
The invaders launched an air strike on Bakhmut
On the air of the “FreeDOM” marathon, they said that the invaders launched an air strike on the city of Bakhmut in the Donetsk region on the night of June 13. The explosion was so powerful that windows were shattered in many residential buildings. Glass littered the sidewalks around the buildings.
In some houses, the iron door jammed, leaving wounded civilians trapped. Rescuers are currently on the scene. They're trying to cut open doors and get people out. After all, many of them probably need medical attention.
As a result of the attack, fires started in several places. Despite this, the invaders continue shelling. It is not yet known what condition the victims are in.
About the situation in the Donetsk region
- The Office of the President said that in the Donetsk region the occupiers are shelling not only the positions of Ukrainian defenders, but and frontline settlements. As a result of enemy attacks on June 11, 2 civilians were killed in the region, and another 10 were injured.
- Despite the shelling, the evacuation of civilians continues. The head of the Donetsk OVA, Pavel Kirilenko, said that the number of people wishing to leave the region is small, but on some days up to 100 people agree to leave.
- Note that in recent weeks, temporarily occupied Donetsk has also come under shelling, in the peaceful quarters of which Ukrainian the military never hit. The Russian invaders are deliberately shelling the city to blame the APU.
