“Our tactic is to find groups of Russians, destroy them at distant approaches. The dynamics of losses shows that we have more or less learned to respond to their tactics, the situation is under control,” Cherevaty said.

The speaker said that the Russians constantly use artillery and tanks. In addition, they carry out air raids.

British intelligence believes that the peak of the attack on Bakhmut has already passed, and then a decline will follow. However, Cherevaty described the dynamics of the fighting in the city as average. He noted that this was how it had been in recent weeks.
“She is quite active. So far, we cannot say that the enemy choked in their attacks,” Cherevaty added.

The Russians said they had broken through the Ukrainian defenses in Opytny. Cherevaty noted that the military is not commenting on this yet, because there is a positional war going on. In addition, the enemy is constantly throwing information, especially on the occupation of some settlements.
“Repeatedly they reported on the advance at Vuhledar. We must be careful and follow the reports of the General Staff. We emphasize that there may be a bend in the front line in different directions,” Cherevaty added.
