In a full-scale war of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, it is impossible to maintain neutrality. Those countries that do not help or weaken assistance to our state, thereby strengthen Russia.
President Vladimir Zelensky stated this when answering questions from the media after a meeting with Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.
– You are helping Ukraine or Russia. There will be no mediators in this war. By weakening aid to Ukraine, you will strengthen the Russian Federation, — Zelensky emphasized.
He warned about the dangers that Russia could pose to the world. One has only to remember history.

The President recalled that weakening support for Ukraine is a risk, and “to be frank and honest, we need to fight for freedom, democracy, people's rights”.
“Powerful Russia and what to expect from it… I think history in books and witnesses has long answered this,” Zelensky said.
The head of state thanked those allies who provide Ukraine weapons and financing during the war. At the same time, he noted that “this is not the greatest price”
And the greatest price today is paid by our state – “in people, in the number of deaths”.
As you know, on September 22, Vladimir Zelensky made an official visit to Canada. He held negotiations with the Prime Minister of this country, Justin Trudeau, spoke in the Canadian Parliament, and met with the Governor General of Canada, Mary Simon.
Important bilateral documents were signed, in particular, an updated Free Trade Agreement between Ukraine and Canada.
