The US and the President's Office prefer not to comment on the veracity of the information that the allies have already transferred the first batch of American F-16 fighters to Ukraine.
The first to voice this position was White House National Security Council spokesman John Kirby during a briefing on July 31.
F-16 fighters transferred to Ukraine — US position
— I will not talk about the armed capabilities of the Ukrainians. I will only add that, as we said earlier, and said at the NATO summit, the process of transferring F-16s to Ukraine is moving forward.
We noted that the aircraft will be ready to fly by the end of the summer, there is no reason to doubt it, — he said.
Note that on the afternoon of July 31, Bloomberg reported the first F-16 aircraft in Ukrainian airspace.

Has Ukraine received F-16s — Podolyak's position
Adviser to the head of the President's Office Mykhailo Podolyak also declined to answer the question of whether the information from Bloomberg was accurate.
He stressed that this sensitive topic for Ukraine could become the basis for numerous speculations, so only official sources should be trusted.
— We will not comment on this either “yes” or “no”. Why? Because for us this is a factor of significant survivability, implying the aviation component. It is not necessary to say for sure whether we have them or not in our time. But they do not even have links to sources in the West, — Podolyak summed up on air at the national telethon.
