Swedish Defense Minister Poul Johnson announced that the Swedish government has decided to transfer about €130 million in military aid to Ukraine.
Jonsson wrote about this in his X.
Aid from Sweden – what is included
According to him, new military capabilities for Ukraine, in particular, will include more than a dozen barrels for Archer self-propelled artillery units.

“This includes more than 10 new Archer artillery tubes, long-range and underwater weapons, as well as additional logistics support,” the statement said.
They also plan to purchase Volvo and Scania trucks and a new container system for faster and safer unloading of defense equipment.
The information about support from Sweden has already been commented on by the Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Rustem Umerov.
“Archer has already proven its effectiveness on the battlefield. Additional assistance will allow us to better protect the enemy and strike him where he does not expect it,” the minister noted.
He thanked his Swedish counterpart Poul Johnson, the Swedish government and the people for “their decision to support us, their trust and their contribution to our fight for freedom.”
Let us recall that in early June Sweden announced the allocation of funds for the work of NATO projects NSATU (NATO Security Assistance and Training for Ukraine) and NATO CAP (Comprehensive Assistance Package) for Ukraine, which are engaged in training Ukrainian military personnel and supporting Ukraine.
It also participates in the Electronic Warfare Coalition and became its co-chair at the invitation of Germany.
