Mikhail Podolyak said that direct and indirect oil and gas embargoes are key. It is they who will finally put an end to the prospects for the economic revival of Russia.
The corresponding statement was made by the adviser to the head of the President's Office on the air of a single telethon, Channel 24 reports. Podolyak said that a direct embargo is a ban on buying energy from Russia. Meanwhile, the indirect one is a somewhat more complex design.
Podolyak explained that then any cargo or liquid tanker entering the port of Russia under its own flag should be blocked in order to enter any other port.
