The weather in Ukraine for the weekend, September 14-15, and during the next week will be determined by a cyclone from the southwest and an anticyclone from the northeast. Therefore, some regions will be flooded with rain, and in the rest it will be dry and warm.
A forecaster of the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center told about the weather in Ukraine for the coming days in a commentary to Fakty ICTV Natalia Ptukha.
Weather forecast for the weekend of September 14-15
Natalia Ptukha warned that a cyclone approached Ukraine from the southwest, and its atmospheric fronts will affect the weather in the western, Vinnytsia and Odessa regions.

– Accordingly, on Saturday and Sunday rains are expected there, moderate, and during the day significant and with thunderstorms. And in the Carpathians and Transcarpathia during the day there will be quite intense precipitation, — the forecaster emphasized.

However, in the rest of the country on the weekend there will be mostly no precipitation, variable cloudiness, and such weather, according to her, is caused by an anticyclone from the northeast.
— It provides calmer weather and does not allow the cyclone from the southwest, which will reign there over the weekend, to continue, — she explains.
The meeting of the cyclone and anticyclone will affect the temperature indicators – they will differ.
In the western regions, where it will rain, it is cooler: at night about +13-18°C, during the day +18-23°C. And in the Carpathians and Transcarpathia during the daytime hours within 11-16 ° C.

Ptukha predicts that the weather situation will change already at the beginning of the week – the influence of the anticyclone from the northeast will increase. It will displace the cyclone with atmospheric fronts back to the southwest.
— Therefore, already from September 17 in most regions the weather will again be dry, which will last for quite a long time. We can even talk about the whole next week, — the forecaster assures.

And he notes that the temperature background will not change significantly, only the nights will become a little cooler due to less cloudiness: within +8-14°C, in the South – up to +16-18°C, and daytime highs +21-27°C and with a certain tendency to decrease.
That is, the 30-degree heat will gradually subside, although in general comfortable summer temperature indicators will still be maintained.
Weather for 17-18 September
On Tuesday in the southwestern part of Ukraine and in Crimea in some places short-term rains and thunderstorms are still possible, and on Wednesday dry weather is expected.
On September 17 in most regions at night +11-17°C. In the western, and on September 18 in the eastern regions, — +8-14°C.
During the day within +21-27°C, in Transcarpathia and Prykarpattia — up to +18-24°С.

According to preliminary forecasts, the following days of the week will be dominated by dry weather with comfortable temperatures.
