“It is somewhat unique, it was here that XA-55 missiles were redirected at one time, this base also has XA-101, XA-555 missiles,” Svitan added.
He is convinced that either the KDP or the SIS service was destroyed at Engels. This led to the transfer of missile traffic in Ukraine and the impression of a certain amount of personnel and equipment.
