On the morning of February 10, Russia once again launched a massive missile attack on Ukraine. As a result, explosions were heard in a number of regions, and there are also reports of hits on critical infrastructure facilities.
Such a hit, in particular, was recorded in the Kharkiv region. According to the mayor of Kharkiv, it happened around 10 am.
Consequences of the hit
As a result of hitting the critical infrastructure in the city, there may be problems with utilities services.

Therefore, in order to minimize the possible consequences of an attack and save the power system, the company took the necessary preventive measures. In particular, emergency shutdowns apply. So, the light was urgently turned off in the cities of Kyiv, Zhytomyr, Cherkasy, Dnepropetrovsk, Sumy.
