The aggressor oligarchs are already paying for Russian war crimes. The Supreme Anti-Corruption Court recovered in favor of Ukraine 88.89% of the shares of Evgeny Giner's PIN bank, the owner of the CSK football club.
This was announced by the head of the Servant of the People faction David Arakhamia. He noted that Ukraine is already confiscating the money of the Kremlin oligarchs.

What is known about Giner
WACS made a decision on February 27. Giner, who is the president of the Russian football club CSKA, was sued by the Ministry of Justice. Recently, the State Bureau of Investigation carried out searches in PIN Bank, since already during the full-scale war, the institution received more than 1.6 billion hryvnias from the state for refinancing.
Giner was sanctioned on October 19, 2022. They must be valid for ten years. Despite this, the oligarch owns VS Energy, which owns several Ukrainian oblenergos and occupies 10% of the energy market.
Why Arakhamia mentioned Ocean Plaza
The Ocean Plaza shopping mall in Kyiv is partially controlled by the sub-sanctioned Russian oligarch Arkady Rotenberg, who belongs to Vladimir Putin's inner circle. Co-owner Vasily Khmelnitsky promised that after the restart in November 2022, the mall will give two-thirds of the income owned by Rotenberg to the budget of Ukraine.
However, Ocean Plaza did not bring any income to Ukraine. The mall can be confiscated due to the sanctions mechanism, but this has not yet been done.
Radio Liberty said that from the income from Ocean Plaza, in the period from 2014 to 2022, more than 2.6 billion hryvnias were received into the accounts of companies controlled by Rotenberg.
