According to media information , in Sevastopol on February 27 at 14:42, locals said that they heard a distant explosion from which the glass in the windows shook.

Now the circumstances of the explosion are unknown. Local authorities also did not comment on the incident.

It is also known that on the morning of February 27, explosions were already heard in Sevastopol. The so-called governor of the city, Mikhail Razvozhaev, said that it was allegedly the Russian Black Sea Fleet that was conducting training in anti-submarine support.
