On February 27, an earthquake was recorded near the village of Velyka Dobron, 19 kilometers west of Mukachevo, Transcarpathian region. Its magnitude is 3.3.
The depth of the earthquake is 2 kilometers. It was recorded at 3:15 am.
An earthquake occurred in Transcarpathia
Experts said that the earthquake does not pose a threat to the population. According to the classification, it is highly tangible.
The earthquake is felt inside the building by many people, outdoors – by a few, – said the Main Center for Special Control.
Experts recalled that the last earthquake, which was felt in more than 15 settlements of Transcarpathia, was registered from the Irshavi region on January 3, 2023 with a magnitude of 3.8 at a depth of 6 kilometers.
