It is known that the fugitive is 43-year-old Viktor Perekipsky. A man with a machine gun threw his heels from the military unit, taking with him a service KamAZ. Subsequently, the car was found on the side of the road.
According to media reports, Victor left a wife and daughter in Khimki near Moscow. Relatives did not know where the fugitive was and sounded the alarm, because he did not get in touch for about 3 days.
