The Ministry of Internal Affairs explained whether Russia can restore the resources of precision weapons/24 channel collage
Russia has already used 60% of precision weapons in the war against Ukraine. Whether Moscow will be able to restore its resources directly will depend on the sanctions of the West.
In 6-9 months, the Russian military-industrial complex may experience incredibly serious problems.
Adviser to the Minister of Internal Affairs Vadim Denisenko spoke about Russia's prospects for restoring the resources of high-precision weapons on the air of the Rada channel, Channel 24 reports.
He stressed that electronics and chips are an integral part of modern weapons. Against the background of Western sanctions, where Russia can no longer buy electronics, it is unrealistic to restore resources quickly and efficiently.
With the sanctions that are imposed on Russia, if they cannot find gray and black ways to supply these chips, it is virtually unrealistic to restore (resources – Channel 24) quickly and efficiently, Denisenko said.
According to Denisenko, India and China can help Russia bypass sanctions. The adviser to the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs added that if Russia cannot circumvent sanctions, then it will be very difficult to build new missiles for them.
“We need to see how the sanctions work and whether Russia finds a way to circumvent them,” he said . Denisenko predicts that in 6 to 9 months, the Russian military-industrial complex may experience incredibly serious problems in terms of electronics.
At the same time, an adviser to Denis Monastyrsky said that Russia still has 40% of stockpiles of precision-guided weapons “and this is a lot.”
